I walked in and was told that they weren’t taking cards at the moment and we’re only taking cash, which is fine but I was the only one in the building had a small order but for some reason the guy behind the counter who wasn’t doing anything that I could see told me he couldn’t help me and that the woman who was visibly really busy was the only one who could help me and they didn’t have barely any donuts 2 1/2 hours before closing so I just left. I know a lot of things are out of employees control but that was just a weird experience

Absolutely horrible service, messed up my order completely. Ordered a large iced caramel coffee and they gave me it hot, so I asked it to be remade and they gave me a medium. Told them it was supposed to be a large so they poured it into a large cup and just added a bunch of ice to it.
Bacon breakfast sandwich ordered and they tell me after I’ve paid they have no bacon so I had to settle with sausage instead.
Ordered a tomato hummus toast which they initially forgot about then they gave it to me but without any tomato. Absolute waste of time and money, also don’t bother calling them because they don’t answer their phone. Two young kids working the window and clearly they don’t know a thing about anything.

Waited at the counter for about four minutes until I saw the sign that said they were doing drive-through only. Although at least one of the workers saw me nobody came over to let me know. They have three people working drive-through so not sure why they can’t handle the counter as well but I don’t know the Dunkin’ Donuts business

My family and and I went there this morning waited like 10 minutes just to be told we had to go through drive thru. There was no sign saying that it was drive thru only. The dark skinned girl with dreads told us in “yal have to go through drive thru” didn’t acknowledge that we was already waiting 10 minutes didn’t even speak to us or nothing she had a really NASTY attitude and the other older men told her don’t worry about them just keep working. I’m not the only person that was there in line.

The worst!!!!!! Bad service, burnt food, missing items, ordered large coffee and the cup was only filled 1 in from the bottom and was very cold, rude and disrespectful staff, they answer the phone saying hello. I didn’t even know it was the right #. When I asked to speak to a manager she said there isn’t one. I asked to leave a message and she only took my 1st name when I asked if she wanted my # she hung up.

When we ordered sweet pepper bacon, they gave us the tiniest ones we ever saw. We asked for the right size, but they refused to give us the right one. So disappointed. Good thing I don’t live near here.

Horrible experience, waiting in the drive thru for 20 mins just to be told “No hot food , only pastries.” I said “a sign ‘No hot food, sorry for the inconvenience’ would be a good idea”. The manager then replied “if you’re not going to order , get out of line.” This dunkin is 2 mins from my house, I’m a frequent customer, well was. Anyway don’t go here for food.

No stars but not an option. THE WORST DUNKIN IN TAMPA!!!!! They are ALWAYS out of EVERYTHING! Customer service is absolutely TERRIBLE! The “manager” is just as rude as the rest of the team. You have a guy with nasty,dirty fingers passing me my food. It’s just a MESS! It’s the closest to me so I’ve tried it a few times and I regret it EVERY SINGLE TIME! Today was my last visit! Can’t do it anymore! They should get a complete new team and try again cause this isn’t it! How are they still open?! Have no idea!

It always depends on what day you go sometimes they’re good and have good customer service and no problems. But today I waited five minutes for someone to even answer on the drive-thru speaker and then they didn’t even apologize for me waiting, I would have let that go but then they didn’t have any juices, so they gave me a chocolate milk that is 6 days expired are you trying to get me sick? I tried calling no one answered so I’m putting this review on here.

My boyfriend has lived over here for awhile and always said he hated this DD location. I have been to it 3 times. 2 times I had lovely people and told him I thought it changed there. The 3rd time was early in the morning and the woman there was super rude. They made my food wrong and put a bunch of an allergen on it. When we pulled around to have it fixed, she blamed us and told me i should have told them because they always make it that way. (It was a crazy amount of sesame seed) I can have it but the amount that was on it was ridiculous without the actual topping that comes on it. No matter if you’re allergic to it or not, it never should have that much on it. She said they always make it that way. I have never had anything to that amount of any product piled on. I’ve also had that same product at many other locations and never recieved anything like that. She was unwilling to even acknowledge that it was made improperly and said if we don’t check it, we can get them in trouble. Therefore it was completely our fault. The guy who brought it out to us was super nice and i feel so bad that he has to work with someone like her. It seems like she might have been shift manager. Needless to say, I will never go back. She started talking about me at the window before I pulled away. Whether she is right or not, you should never trash talk a customer in earshot of that customer or others. Right now is a hard time to have a customer service job and I understand that. I have one too but the level of rudeness was completely unnecessary and literally fuels the fire of the toxic communications happening within our community
