Best bacon in the universe, && best frozen chai.
Starbucks super waters down my frozen chai and it sucks, dunkin always makes to order even when I’m complicated.
The girls who work here are super nice too, very pleasant experience like every time. And I go pretty often.

So I went to Dunkin location off of 24th St this morning around 10am I sat in line for over 20 minutes which is fine I knew I was in for the wait no big deal. When I got up to the speaker I waited noone greated me. Said hello 3 times and waited about 2 minutes. No biggy maybe the intercom was not working. We get to the front window and the lady was very nice asked if I had a mobile order I said no. I informed her I waited by the speaker for a while and noone said anything even after I said hello twice. She asked if I could hold on a second which was fine then another associate came to the window not sure what her name was ( she had a nose piercing the one in the center of her nose)and the first words out of her mouth was “you know this is going to put us behind there only 3 of us i was shocked ans confused I rexplained I waited and noone ever greated me on the Entercom. And I waited and said hello her response everyone waits!?!? Ok I understand that but how am I supposed to know that She then rudely stated well then what do you want. I was so shocked and embarrassed that this is what our customer service is these days i said never mind and left. I am OK with waiting 20 minutes in a drive-through but to be greated like that because of there mostake was not ok. I would have gladly given her my order and parked somewhere but she didn’t even give me that option. I just said never mind and drove off

I love coming to this location. The service is quick and friendly. I recommend ordering ahead on their app for faster service.
Recently I went later in the night knowing they may be sold out of the two donuts I ordered. I don’t make a big deal about it, I just ask for something similar. To my surprise the girl working the drive thru filled up my bag with donuts! Much appreciated:)

I dont know what the rave is about this place. Their donuts smell like play-doh and are very chewy. I tried 3 kinds, 3 different times, and I was like , yep, every donut is chewy and smells like play-doh. What’s in these donuts?

Visited the Dunkin’ Donuts for the first time. We had free donuts from the CSUB basketball game so thought we would try it out. Very reasonable service no wait which was nice but we arrive right before lunch. The store front and inside where very clean but it w as not that old so that was to be expected.
