Staff here really are great & full of personality! It’s in a unique location in terms of what’s going on with all the building and construction at this location. A new building recently was constructed around and above the existing Dunkin’ Donuts that also includes a rooftop movie theater. so at times, parking can be very limited with the construction vehicles, cement trucks, etc. as this project is still ongoing.

Whenever I come to dunkin it’s usually for the donuts and never the coffee. This time I wanted to try it and see for myself if it was good or not. I ordered a cold brew with caramel drizzle and it was alright. Not my favorite but I would rather pay more for Starbucks. The service was nice and quick. I got a free donut because It was National donut day. The donut was good as always. I would give this a 7/10

Truly awful management. Store does not maintain consistent hours of operation. Website listed them as being open until 7pm. I went at 5:30pm to get a bagel and some coffee. They were closed. After driving all the way over there I figured I would just go next door to grab a coffee from the place right next to it (literally 15ft away). I walked over, grabbed a coffee, walked back 15ft to my car to see that I am now promptly being towed.
After speaking to the tow driver I am told that because the dunkin donuts is closed they do not want anyone to use their completely empty parking lot. Now keep in mind this is at 5:30pm when they are supposed to be open. I came to get dunkin donuts, due to their incompetence and inability to post correct store hours I wasted a trip there, had to go somewhere else, and then have my car get towed… from an empty parking lot.
If you guys cannot post clear hours of operation maybe try not towing your customers who waste their time and effort to come to your store.

Wasn’t even their closing time and they had everything closed and doors locked. I went to grab a mobile order and the person inside saw me and didn’t come to the door. I would’ve understood if they said that they were closed, but the person didn’t even come over. Not sure if I wasted my free drink but I’m returning to get it another day.

never once in my entirety working at starbucks have i ever treated anyone the way they treated me within the first five seconds of being there, extremely rude and dismissive, worst service i’ve ever endured. I’ve been gone from the states for a week now, just wanted a simple vanilla sweet cream cold brew. Didn’t even give me the correct drink.

The manager Olga customer service is horrible! She comes off as very rude and obnoxious!!! Find a new manager DD because your manager sets the workplace culture; she’s demonstrating extremely poor leadership with this attitude.

They always mess up orders. I work close by and Oder Uber eats when I can’t come in and regret it all the times. I ordered a meal and half the meal was missing. Ordered the other half with the credit I received from UE, the other order came and it was still missing part of the order. The staff is mostly unfriendly when I’ve come in person, and very disorganized. Never ordering here again.

This Dunkin I can‘t recommend at all. The staff is very unfriendly and always in a hurry. I‘m really dissapointed, I‘m a tourist so English is my second language and I‘m not perfect in it. And in this store they have absolutely no understanding for this and they just act total unfriendly!
Just go to the Mc‘donalds on the opposite of the street!

The worst service ever!!!!
I went in for a coffee and got the word service. Since I went in to the store.
The lady at the cashier was super rude
Just because she didn’t have change And she couldn’t give me .56 cents back she wanted me to leave the .56 cents as tip!
My question is if didn’t have the .44 cents to pay for my order would she give me the order!?!? I DONT THINK SO. And why would I give you a tip since I walked in to the store I got the worst service. You don’t deserve no tip At all!!! I don’t know her name but clearly that lady cannot work as a customer service! Also the place was so dirty.

So I placed an order for croissant with sausage egg and cheese paid for extra eggs and extra sausage hash brown s fresh off The grill and a large apple juice to my dismay I received my order which only had a regular croissan’wich with sausage egg and cheese extra cold and hard hash browns with a bottle of zephyrhills water all my items were cold and hard instead of returning my money or correcting the order they just left the order as is. I do not recommend this Dunkin donuts on Alton road I recommend the dunkin’ donuts on 41st Street instead. The service there is way better and items made fresh
