Dunkin’ Reviews

Crowded at 8 AM in the morning and the minimal amount of staff at this joint needs 10 more hands each to manage the customers coming in during the peak hours. Poor guys.Had to wait for 40 mins to pick up my order. There is no system to or any control to streamline the delivery per order number.
Customer service? Don’t even talk about it! Ugh..
Owner or the manager should do something immediately with a sense of urgency to hire more staff to improve the customer service and reduce wait times. I ordered cream cheese on the side for my bagels and they completely ignored it. ‘Nightmare at Dunkin Donuts’

I am a former maintenance employee of this franchise. Honestly, this is an absolute shame. People coming to this location because it is kosher, BEWARE. I don’t think the mold in the ice machine, the coolatta machine, or any of the flies coming out of the floor drains and landing on the donuts are kosher! DO NOT GO TO DUNKIN’ (of all places) for KOSHER choices. If it mattered to management that you can’t eat meat, they wouldn’t be serving this in ALL of the iced drinks. Seriously not worth the risk of getting yourself sick. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

dunkin is not known for being a quick service place. Going to a Dunkin’ will take you at least 25 minutes. That is normal for them, their processes and staff are bad, but this dunkin is the worst and has always been the worst, if you don’t have 25 to 30 minutes don’t come, they don’t care, they are slow and they are happy to be slow.

Soooooo slooowwwww. I counted at least 4 employees behind the counter, however only 1 person both working the register and making the drinks. We ordered two black coffees and it took us almost 20 minutes to be in and out.

By far the best coffee place… even better than Starbucks! Everything is much more affordable than the average breakfast spot in Miami. I highly recommend the vanilla swirl iced coffee with sugar and creamer. It was so good that I went back before my flight and got some more!

If you’re from New England don’t expect it to be like a dunkin donuts at home. I just asked for an ice coffee, it took about 15 minutes and there was only about 2 people in front of me and a couple of people behind me. The workers were nice but I saw a lot just sitting there while 1 worked.

Because this particular Dunkin’ is kosher, there are great vegetarian options like this tasty sweet black pepper “bacon” breakfast sandwich made with Morningstar veggie “bacon” strips!

If I could choose NO STARS, that’s what I would of given.
Staff is RUDE!. All have horrible expressions on their faces all the time!. Not to mention they take more time then necessary to make orders. Mobile orders take 30 mins. The whole point of the mobile ordering is to gave it ready for pickup upon arrival not to have to keep waiting. I have recently moved and this is the closest one. I have given them more then 1 chance it’s repeatedly the same thing. I will be taking my daily business to another Dunkin.

Dunkin Donuts on 41st Miami Beach is known for bad customer service. The service is very slow, they manage mobile orders, but ignore walk-ins. Last week I was in line for 25 minutes and the line did not move, the associate said she was too busy with mobile orders. I recommend avoiding this place, rude and grumpy employees. Shame it’s the only Dunkin on the block, they need a competition to shut them down.

Takes way too long to order in the morning (set aside at least 30 mins) Then after you wait they still mess up your order. avoid at all cost, you’ve been warned
