Today was my last visit to this Dunkin’. My wife and I have been going to this location multiple times a week for months now. The front doors are routinely locked because there’s not enough staff manning the store. They are regularly out of large iced cups. Nearly every time they’re out of something. None of this is reflected in the app, so I’m constantly having to accept substitutes or simply just eat the loss. I once called the corp. office for a refund and they promised they’d send me a gift card. I never got it. It’s too bad, cuz I like their coffee.

I was in the drive through for close to 30 mins. I thought maybe this was an unusual occurrence, but the fact that the employee did not apologize for the long and inconvenient wait concludes that this Dunkin’ doughnuts does not know how to function at a fast pace. If you have plans to go anywhere after ordered food from here give yourself 30 mins to wait in the drive through. The food was good but not worth being late to work for.

This is the most convenient location on my way to work. Everything with out a doubt the staff is rude, basically throws the orders at you out the drive thru window. They never have donuts and large cups. The drive thru line is ALWAYS a LONG wait.

I went into the drive thru and waited for nearly 50 min. There is no way to get out of the drive thru. You are stuck there. Owner needs to hire more people or pay them a fair wage to keep them there. There are only 3 people working the store.

Very slow taking and preparing orders. Staff need to be trained much better along with store manager as they run out of supplies very early of the day every day!!

Ordered 6 six donuts from this store, first time ever having Dunkin Donuts. I asked for 1 Bavarian Crème and then 5 assorted. They sent me 1 powered donut and 5 CORNBREAD donuts! On Mother’s Day. The employee that put that order together had to have been purposely making bad orders. I’ve called the store all day and they haven’t picked up once. What a terrible experience.

1 star is too much for this location! It’s 90 degrees out, wanted a blended coffee…. the last 3 times I have went to this location excuse after excuse why they can’t make a drink, machine broke out of supplies to make coffee?? This location is worthless! Scooters here I come!
