My drink came out OK but the food here is terrible. I asked for hashbrowns and they came straight from the microwave: a soggy lukewarm mess. Never coming here again.

Today I ordered an iced coffee with oatmilk, hazelnut, and toasted white mocha. I received an iced coffee with almond milk and peppermint mocha? What if I was allergic to almonds? Not the first time I’ve had a horrible experience here but it will be the last. Will not be returning.

The largest american coffe I’ve ever taken. Hot and Large coffee, awesome donuts boxes, fast service and cheap price. What else can I ask for in the heart of Manhattan? I got used to stop there every morning to have my breakfast. Possibly not the most healthy, right. But you’re in US, bro. A place to visit everytime I go to NY.

In contrast to the other location near me the service here is pathetic only two people in the store and no customers and it takes a full minute for me to be greeted and that’s after the person takes off their gloves does all this other stuff talk to the coworker for a minute they both saw me come in…. I expect like a wave or a “just a minute” . I figured I could just walk to the other location and actually get what I want and the amount of time it takes them to acknowledge me. 8:40am 3/01

The customer service is good
However, the line is always long and u are waiting more than 10 minutes for your beverages/food.
I’m iffy on the English muffin I had yesterday as it was either too toasted or stale. Nevertheless, it was disgusting . I threw it away.

Just bought a bagel egg cheese bacon sandwich walked 6 blocks home to find out that it isn’t fresh , but rather microwaved , feel like I’m chewing gum. Nothing against Indians but their establishments sucks, they care nothing about Americans, be sure to pray over you , because they might’ve dropped it a few times before they give it to you

I love all Dunkin and here’s why:
they use Palm Oil to fry their donuts which is so much better for your heart than the Soybean Oil trash every other donut shop uses. I’m usually not for spending money at large corporations, but Dunkin gets a pass from me.
