After walking up to the online purchases counter and being stared at by three different employees without anyone asking if they could help me, I walked over to the regular order counter where someone pleasantly acknowledged me with a smile on her face. I got my iced caramel macchiato and headed to my vehicle. I noticed it tasted like flavored milk with no coffee in it. I should have known something was wrong because I didn’t even see any coffee on top like I usually do. I hit the drive-thru and they remade it for me. I will say that it tasted better however there ws still very little coffee in it. I didn’t bother asking for them to remake it because obviously the store owners don’t care what a Dunkin’ Donuts macchiato should be or they would train at least one person how to properly make a one. Just go to the website and compare that to what they made me.

I love this Dunkin so much. So much so, that I’m a regular. I’ve gone to many locations in Omaha, and this is the best one. They always get my order right, they’re great at tackling a long line in the drive thru, and my drink always tastes great (never too watery, sugary, or bitter). I highly suggest this Dunkin location!

This is a really good Dunkin. I think every other Dunkin I’ve been to in town are really trashy and bad quality. The employees here went the extra mile and made my son’s donut extra special. Huge thank you to the guy working the counter on the morning of May 14th, 2022!

Quick breakfast service, including croissant sandwiches. Shift manager was great, he helped make my coffee taste great with a few trials and errors, remaking it 2x for me. Very thoughtful!

This Dunkin has had a complete turn around in the last year. It is my favorite in town?!
This Dunkin is right my by house and my work! It just makes sense to go here. I was getting iced lattes all summer and they were excellent. Then about 3 months ago things started to decline. The same drink never tastes the same. I’ve tried ordering it different ways to find a flavor I like, but honestly each time it taste like chemicals. I don’t really know how drinks are made. There are 3 employees that work there, that when I order I know I am going to get a wonderful iced latte.

BEST Dunkin in Omaha! We spent a week here and ended up going out of our way to this location. They made our drinks perfectly each time and we’re so sweet. They even fixed the nasty drinks we were given from across town.

Drive thru takes 3 minutes per person, sometimes more, every single time I go which is just ridiculous. Also the food is inconsistently hot/well made and the inside is always dirty/trashy. You can tell that management doesn’t care and neither do the employees. Avoid this place until further notice.

Honestly not one to complain they made a mistake with my food which is fine but by the end of it I was the one apologizing because he was making me feel like it was my fault. I understand theyre busy in the morning but good customer service literally takes two seconds. A simple “I’m sorry” for the mistake after I had to drive back and apologize would of been nice. Just completely rude.
