Coffee was good but the service was not. I ordered and when I got to the window the worker started to hand me my coffee but I noticed it was very dark. I asked if it had cream in it and she told me I didn’t ask for that, I asked for liquid sugar. She was very rude and then when I tried to tell her I said extra cream and no sugar she interrupted me to say something about the caramel syrup and so I had to start again to tell her I said extra cream, no sugar.

I understand mishearing but my order is always the same and I never forget the extra creamer. I wasn’t being rude, just asking because I don’t like coffee without creamer.

We need more kind people in the world and I did not appreciate how she treated me.

I work nearby so I’m here often. The service is horrible . The food and drinks are just not worth the wait. I thought ordering through the app would be better but it was worse. Nobody acknowledges you, you just sit there and wait. People can order at the register and get their order before yours. Oh and did I mention workers there eating and drinking behind the counter( licking their fingers ) and not washing their hands afterwards… I mean while you sit there and wait for your order you have ample enough time to observe. Did I mention…. ATTITUDES… 0/10 recommend… just go to Starbucks at target.

It’s almost comical how bad this Dunkin is. First I got attitude. Then my order was wrong. Service insanely slow .
Politely asked if she would fix my order.
She said it wasn’t wrong… And I ended up just leaving because I could not believe that just happened
Nor did I have another 20 minutes to waste for a coffee!!! Oh and I was overcharged . Unbelievable.

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts went through drive through and asked for 4 iced coffees. With cream and sugar. The person on the speaker when trying to place my order literally yelled saying “can you wait I’m busy right now” with no other car on the window or in front of me. When I get to the window it took literally 20 minutes for me to get my order when I received it it was hot coffee with Ice melting inside of it. When asked for it to be replaced I was told that. That’s how they make it I asked for a refund since I didn’t want my order anymore and the person said that a refund couldn’t be issued since there was nothing wrong with the coffee. If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Don’t recommend for anyone to go in there.

Service is less than stellar

Walked in and 10 minutes later had my donut and coffee. They could not use the ever popular “we are short staffed” , I literally counted 7 people behind the counter. Everyone was running around without a clear plan. Maybe the Manager was running late or off- dunno.

Also nothing like being charged $.054 for a cup of ice.

They could use an efficiency consultant to do an assessment and provide an action plan.

I visited my local Dunkin’s Donuts on 9/9 morning. My receipt read Jasmine at main counter & she was most pleasant & attentive providing fast service. It was busy inside & out. As usual, the line of cars outside was longer than the line inside. It seemed the drive – thru window was being attended to by four associates, while the inside line was attended by only one at main counter. While being served, there was an associate speaking in a condescending manner to associates while guests were listening. Not a good look. We know that it’s busy, but we do not need to see or hear belittling associates as a part of servicing guests. Overall, this Northside Drive at 17th Street Dunkin’ is great.

This deserves a zero star. I am going to Starbucks from now on. Every customer in the store was disrespected, couldn’t get the order that they wanted and was also having a weight period of about 20 to 25 minutes. All employees were rude, on their phone and not wanting to work. Never going here to THIS location again ever. They even denied my two dogs a PUP cup (two cups of whip cream, I even offered to pay for it.)

It has coffee, donuts, and wifi but the employees yell at each other openly creating a pretty hostile environment. They also don’t have outlets for laptops. If you come here just go through their drive through.

Worst location I ever been, 10 minutes waiting for a sandwich when I’m the only one in the store and giving me the wrong order? I don’t gonna say more, just
Think twice before you’re going to this adventure.

Although the drive through cashier was kind my order was wrong. My coffee was incorrect and was forgotten while waiting for it to be given too. When I finally got to my destination to eat my bagel it was dark brown, over cooked and somewhat stale. I won’t be going back and I was so excited for this new location to be open. A poorly presented plain bagel. And when ordering regular coffee I received hazelnut.
