Dunkin’ Reviews

I had not experienced eating in at Dunkin’, so when my friend suggested it I jumped at the chance to go! It was still morning so we both decided to try their avacado toast. My friend also ordered a coffee and I ordered a coke. Our orders came up quickly, which is always a plus.
I have to say I quite enjoyed Dunkin’s ambiance. There were several individual seating arrangements to choose from which gave you the feeling of being at home and not at a restaurant. I liked that. We picked a spot and dove into our meals. The avacado was delicious and plentiful. However, my toast could not be called toast. Nor could my friend’s. It was more like soft bread. No way was it toasted. Nevertheless, my food was still delicious. My one take away – if you are going to call bread toast, then make sure it is toast! The avacado would have been so much better on real toast!

This is the second time I have been to this location. Both times the coffee has seemed much weaker than what I get at other locations. But I rated them one star for their customer service. I ordered ahead and 15 minutes later they hadn’t even started it. I asked one of the workers if they had received my order and she tells me ” we have lots of orders” ( you’ll have to imagine the snarky tone that was used). I understand they are busy but that seemed unnecessarily hostile. I think I will just avoid this location and go to the SB just down the street.

I myself am a restaurant supervisor and my experience here was a 1. The Woman at the drive thru was not very pleasant. No warm welcome or hello. I asked for ham and cheese on a croissant and the woman replied coldly, “We don’t have ham here.” The coffee was not hot and I was given the wrong coffee. Maybe it’s time for retraining.

My daughter and I loved coming here years ago. The staff back then rocked. I would have lifted 5 , but Micheal at the register looks miserable. Like he don’t enjoy being here. No smile at all. And he talks wayyyyyy to low. When I told him I couldn’t hear him he seemed to get agitated. And he must have thought I had cooties. He dropped my change in my hand twice. Just hand me my change. IF YOU YOU MISERABLE AT YOUR JOB,, FIND A DIFFERENT ONE! Anyways, Justin (I think that’s his name) is awesome. He’s been here for years, and hasn’t changed. Same friendly smile face. Thats why we keep returning.

Manager was amazing and looked like he loved being there. Made sure to get my order out to me in a timely fashion. Highly recommended for someone in a hurry.

I have never once gotten a correct order from this location. They are slow and always out of every single thing on the menu. My order is usually missing something, has something I didn’t order, or wrong (like croissant sandwich instead of breakfast wrap). This has probably happened 20+ times over two years. I do not know how this location is still in business.

So I was going to this Dunkin’ about 5 times a week and they have progressively gotten worse. Whether it’s missing items in the order or now they have started to WAY overcook their turkey sausage patties in the breakfast sandwich that it has become inedible. In addition, they over cook the egg so much that it becomes rubbery and turns green. It’s really disappointing because I mentioned it to them before hand a few times and they still overcooked my sandwich. This location was very convenient for me but I’m going to no longer go here. I was trying to see if things would get better , but they just kept getting worse. It’s too bad.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. I’d rate 0 stars if I could. They have given us the wrong donuts more often than not but the real problem is they’ve actually given me sausage eggs&cheese sandwiches that were completely burnt and hardened which weren’t even edible on two different occasions. Only came here cause it’s closest to my house but I will be taking the drive to a better location from now on. Spare yourself and go to one of the stores on Grant Ave if u want a decent experience from a Dunkin Donuts!
