I always get super fast service when I stop on my 30min lunch break. Sandwich and drink have always been made correctly and taste how they should.
However, started trying other things on their menu and it’s so disappointing. Here’s their hash browns, for instance. 5 soggy little rounds!

This location sometimes is extremely busy. So you expect to wait. They have always been pleasant to me. I love stopping here in the morning. I actually prefer it over Starbucks. Keep smiling and doing a great job team.

Ordered 50 pc variety doughnut holes through the drive through. Open the box and there’s two choices. Powdered and glazed. Both dried out and stale. I park. Go inside and tell them there’s no variety and both are stale. They phone corporate for what they should do. Ten minutes later they respond, “two choices is a variety and we don’t refund. Please leave.” LoL.

This place is absolutely terrible. I went there for my birthday on Sunday and both the employees and the manager were absolutely horrible and so rude and they knew it was my birthday and they didn’t care.

Drive thru agents attendant needs to pay closer attention to what donuts they have. We were told they didn’t have chocolate glazed donuts. We went inside and they ended up having a whole tray.

Always running out of tomatoes. Take it off the mobile app If yall ran out. You then have to call a number just to get your money refunded. One girl looked me in my face and lied when I said did my refresher have extra syrup. Tired of this store.

placed an online order, sat there waiting for 15 minutes before a worker asked “what’s the name on the order?” and then finally got to making it. made it really quick, but made my order incorrectly. too focused on speed rather than quality. it was so bad that i ended up throwing out the two drinks that i had ordered. i come to this location all the time, i will not be returning.

This is my favorite Dunkin, I’ll sometimes just drive 20 minutes for a coffee. They’re always so kind, polite, respectful. The coffee is always hot. Not like all the other Dunkins where it’s hit or miss.

Dunkin is my usual hangout place for coffee and breakfast. Today I order a sandwich and found out I was eating plastic in the sandwich. I reported it they give me another sandwich. I feel like they should did more since I ate plastic and I spend 20 dollars there. It left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I am having second thoughts of going back.
