Always have what I want available I could only ask that a half dozen be 7 items because I always have to leave 1 behind. Hahaha really I am a diabetic and should not endure so I share and freeze 2 just so I don’t over do it. SO Good my childhood love,and the coffee a must have. Thank you for not being over the top just Perfect!

Had like 3 different donut options out of all the donuts they make. Only bagel they had was cinnamon raisin.. not other bagel.. seriously what kind of operation you running? Close down if you don’t have any products.

We live very close to this Dunkin Donuts on La Orilla. We were in the drive through and had ordered 4 large unsweetened iced teas. And some ice creams. The boy that was helping us that day said there was no boss or manager that day and that he could not give us a refund. Mainly due to this he did not give us are iced teas for 30 minutes. By that time the teas were already starting to melt.

Stopped at this location today (7/18/2022) and was completely disappointed with what we got in the box. It almost seems like they either don’t have enough ingredients to make their donuts or very lazy employees. They are still pricey donuts and will continue to buy them… However, this location is lacking in their product appearance/quality.

I really don’t like giving reviews this low, because it’s hard (I think) to have this low of service.
On the positive: the location is clean on the exterior and interior. So kudos for keeping that together guys.
HOWEVER, their service is really slow. I went two times in one day only to see that it was just as slow (if not slower) in the Drive-Thru as it was at the counter.
Also, the drinks are just kinda average, but their donuts themselves are very dry and hardly frosted. It’s not just a fluke; looking at all the donuts they are frosted with the bare-minimum of frosting.
The Staff is not rude, but they are just slow.

If I am not worthy to enter the establishment, then the owner is not worthy of what’s in my wallet. My car is not sold with a dinette set, open the doors because I can and have found an acceptable substitution called Donut Mart. I like DD but there is no substitution for face to face customer service.

The fact that the drive thru speaker faces a busy 6 lane highway makes it a challenge to order anything there. They crew also seems to be challenged getting the orders correct the two times I visited.

Had a very long wait in the drive thru but customer service was much appreciated. Guy at the window apologized for the wait & was very professional. Ordered a Small Peach Passionfruit Refresher. It was very peachy & sweet but good.
