I would give zero stars if I could. We just moved into the neighborhood and needed some coffee to power through a late night. Normally, I’m a loyal Starbucks patron, but decided to give Dunkin a go. Needless to say, I will not make that mistake again – Starbucks is only a mile away and worth the drive because at Dunkin you get ignored for 10 minutes and then get unprofessional “jokes” hurled at you. We left without even purchasing a thing because of the “service” of the young man behind the counter. Do yourselves a favor, maintain your standards and go to Starbucks because this store doesn’t even act like they want to make a sale.

Well, at this location I asked if they had hazelnut swirl and they said yes. I knew they didnt. So I tasted my drink and it was the sugar free hazelnut shot . How do I know the difference well I drink DD 2x a day for the last 4 years. I love the coffee but service at all locations is different.

Black woman. 8pm working. New Years Eve. Should not make numerous attempts to have people , such as myself , feel unwelcomed , in my own neighborhood. She constantly was smoking cigarettes. Perhaps because the store wasn’t busy. Is it rhetorically sanitary to then put your hands on a sandwich , donut , or customers other patronized item after the fact ? I’m not sure what she said to two other people. An old white man in a hockey jersey. Or a younger Black man who was getting a take out from Arlons , but someone should inform this tepid smoking Black woman that professionalism isn’t about getting people to engage in violent acts for you while you’re in a uniform. Luckily nothing happened with any of these Savage or animal people , but this isn’t the first inconvenient encounter that I have endured with this night shift Black woman. This post is out here for public visibility. That we have a right to frequent our neighborhood without this woman’s illogical behavior. Subject had a head scarf on. Short. Dark complexion. And upon seeing me. Distresses a foul mood of animosity. I believe this Dunkin Donuts needs more welcoming employees. To close the store and be the face of it. When there isn’t anyone else to watch it.

I’m not one to bash food service workers. I know many of them are either teenagers or not in very secure financial situations. I tolerate a lot when it comes to minimum wage workers, which is why I did not complain the first time I had a bad encounter with this woman. However once is a bad day, twice is a pattern. She had one of the worst attitudes I have ever seen. She was impatient and yelled at my sister and I when we hesitated to decide which donut to get. She did not know how much six donuts cost when we asked, and her mask was not covering her nose. She got our order wrong too. I am shocked that she has not been fired.

This morning another customer accidentally grabbed my drink and walked out of the store. She then returned and informed the staff that she took the wrong drink and they made her drink for her. A worker then put my drink next to the sink to dispose of it however she didn’t pour it out. I kindly waited for my new drink for a few minutes and it wasn’t remade. I then asked the staff about my drink and she grabs the cup that was just put by the sink and pours it out and proceeds to rinse out the cup. I said ma’am please could you give me a new cup and not use the one you just rinsed out as it left the store with another customer and she says I’m not going to use it. She grabs a new cup and reuses the lid from the previous cup. I said ma’am please make me a new drink you just reused the lid from the cup that left the store. She then catches an attitude and tells me she didn’t but I literally watched her sit the top on the counter when she was rinsing the cup out. She then remakes my drink which was supposed to be hot but she hands me a cold one. I then asked her for my money back and the she apologizes and remakes it the correct way. Why did it take for me to ask for my money back to apologize???…Like come on lady we are in a pandemic and your trying to hand me something that could have been contaminated. I will not be visiting this DD again.

Had to leave the premise seeing the staff handling orders without gloves and mask on. Not very sure how am likely to give it a single star amid covid19 crisis and CDC guidelines
