Don’t come here in the afternoon as they seem to consistently water down the coffee near the end of the day. My black iced coffee is the color of an iced tea and tastes like there’s barely any coffee in it.
This is the 3rd time this has happened at this store. I have no problems in the morning but late in the day this is consistently what happens.

The service is really slow here (it’s not an issue of being understaffed, it’s just poorly run. There are other Dunkin’s that run better will similar or less staff). The drive-thru service tends to be better than the in-store. The service is friendly, and their bathroom buzzer is a bit inconvenient. The food quality is inconsistent too. There is always plaza parking. I’ve been here where they’ve been closed during stated business hours. The food bins tend to fill up, and rarely are cleaned up.

Today I was missing part of my order. I had to go hook up my trailer first before coming back. The manager told me I was lying about my missing hashbrowns because they included the ketchup with no hash browns. The paper bag was not oily nor did he ask his employees if they made a mistake. I can’t believe the manager didn’t even think it was a possibility of making a mistake during the busy morning time. Next time he should review his cameras instead of assuming.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich it came with just cheese and bacon they didn’t put the egg on there. I ordered through DoorDash the door dasher had to remind them to give them the hot chocolate because I asked her to Please make sure everything is in the bag because they tend to “forget” things. It’s not that hard when you have a ticket that tells you everything that you need to include in this order.

I’m always in need of coffee working the late night into the early morning. Before I start my shift I stop by and I always get the same guy he’s young and very hospitable and very eager to help me I believe he said his name was f a r o o q I can’t thank him enough for his kind gestures
when I’m there he is always smiling and willing to help me we need more people serving with a sincere smile this really starts my day right I look forward to seeing him the service is very quick and coffee is always fresh ‼️‼️

The most disrespectful employees in all the dunkin donuts I have ever shopped at, I heard my English being mocked at the drive thru, and the black girl is the most disrespectful, I will never go back to this dunkin donuts. 11:02am 04/05/2022.

Great service, coffee taste good (not burned) . Male young workers (Farruko and co-worker) are always friendly and courteous.

Tried to stop in over 2 hours before closing and the door was locked. I read the other reviews before so was prepared for disappointment, but I am still confused why they post their hours as open until 10 and then lock the doors hours before that.
