I came to this location twice in the same week, I ordered the same drink I get from every Dunkin, an iced coffee with cream/sugar, 4 mocha and 4 French vanilla swirls.
The first time I got coffee handed to me the coffee was practically white and I brought it up to the drive thru person, “hey this is not the usual color I get handed this coffee” and they said that it was correct. Tasted like garbage.
The second time was better but still bitter. I brought it up again that time too. The staff don’t care how much flavoring you ordered, and they will cheap you on every pump.
If I’m paying for extra swirl then I better darn well have the flavor of coffee I can get with no problem from dozens of other locations. It’s not difficult, push down on the like one gallon thing of flavoring how every many times it says.

Terrible bad customer service look at the plastic in my ice coffee nobody to accommodate me. I had to go to the hospital from drinking this has chest pain.Owner of store say he did a claim haven’t heard nothing after that. So sad mite have stomach problems for the rest of my life after this. Looking for a lawyer now and manager did not care about this happening she was very rude.

Clean and greet customer service. Love coming here for the fresh daily prepared food. Baskin Robbins is connected to Dunkin Donuts which is a plus. You can get whatever your taste buds have in mind. Prices are great and have several $1 food here to choose from.

This would have been a zero. Before going to a camp for my son, we stopped in to get a quick breakfast. I ordered a coffee, Avocado Toast, and Hasbrouck.
5 CUSTOMERS COME IN AFTER AND ALL GET THERE BREAKFAST SANWICHES!! After waiting patiently, I asked about our order. Kia, who was very friendly and nice, checked on the order. Another 3 minutes pass and I get my COLD toast but no Hasbrouck. My son gets his hashbrowns and they are ice cold.
2 other options were on my list for breakfast. Every experience with DD has been horrible. Once again, it proved true. I hope this ONE MORE chance would change my mind…..nope.
Ridiculous and truly wasted my money.

Unprofessional, childishness, and bad attitudes from the young staff! We stood there too long while we watched the teen staff play and giggle. A young man with a bad attitude finally took our order. I told him what I wanted and he wasn’t even paying attention. He was too busy worrying about what the girls working there were saying and doing. After we paid he snatched the receipt and threw it away without asking if we wanted it. They were also out of products but didn’t bother to stop advertising them or putting a sign explaining they were out. Instead when asked the response was uninterested and rude. I don’t mind young people having jobs, however, an adult that’s mature needs to be up there to supervise or you get a play house with children doing whatever. I’m very upset.

Had a few drinks here, strawberry coolants is by far my favorite drink so far, had the blue raspberry coolatta, ad have yet to try the vanilla bean. Service is good for being a 2 in 1 location alongside Baskin Robbins.

The staff here are obnoxious they have the entire hood attitude going on from the Egyptian neck bob to the eye rolling. Even when you order through the app and ask about your food its either sitting somewhere in the back and the sandwich is cold or its undercooked. Fair warning dont complain or ask for it to be made again you’ll be waiting another 20 mins after they get through throwing things and arguing about how its going to be made because one isnt making it again the other one because its not my job then making the comment well they’ll just be waiting then ask me if I care etc…all within earshot. I’ve been there twice a second time just to give the benefit of the doubt. Same thing different day different staff. Unless you’re into being treated like you should be gratefully worshipping someone who allowed you to be in their presence…this is a place to avoid.

Dunkin’ is always good! This location has to keep the order ahead items behind the counter. Not sure if that’s cause people would steal the food or if it’s to keep people from breathing on the food.
