The breakfast sandwiches were good. The donuts are fresh and flavorful. They are also super sweet! Definitely a sugar high…worth it though. Coffee was good but not what you go there for obvs.

We came here for the first time on September 18th shortly after they opened that morning. I was surprised to see they made custom donuts. I waited 10 minutes for my dozen donuts, which was fine because they were all made to order. The very disappointing part was I also ordered 4 sausage, egg and cheese sandwiches with chopped bacon and maple drizzle and that took 30 minutes. About 20 minutes into the wait, I asked why is it taking so long. The girl responded saying “all of our products are frozen and we have to defrost them” If you make these for breakfast why is everything frozen? Shouldn’t you have some already defrosted so customers don’t have to wait so long? Then I saw others who ordered after me get their sandwich before me. The guy making them was moving very slowly, sitting on a stool staring at the microwave. When I got home and opened the box, I saw they never added the chopped bacon and maple drizzle! Very very disappointing!

We were surprised to find out they make the donuts fresh right in front of you. The workers were so friendly, prices are good and the donuts taste delicious. The kids loved it. This will become a regular spot for us for sure!

Great donuts, sticky floor. The variety of donuts is great at Duck Donuts, went in right after they opened and got my donuts pretty fast. The staff was very friendly and the donuts tasted great. Only negative was the sticky floors, reminded me of going to the movies.

Duck Donuts is a create your own Donut Shop. It’s a simple concept and well executed. The menu here is easy to understand and the build your own ideas are vast. There is also a menu of pre-crafted choices, as well as limited time seasonal options. The Donuts here have always been great! Best-in-town? Probably not, but you won’t be disappointed either. This location is rather new, though the interior at the time of my visit was a little underwhelming. Not to say it was dirty or anything. It wasn’t, but it just doesn’t look quite as lively as it has in the past. The staff here is courteous and friendly. Though the place is rather quiet. It’s a neat place for a quick visit if you’re in the mood for a bit of a different Donut.

Absolutely delicious, probably the most tender donuts I’ve ever had. They literally melt in your mouth! My top favorite is the blueberry pancake donut

Donuts were really good and soft. They’re freshly made and they go all out with the toppings. My favorite donut spot

Bacon on a fried donut. Need I say more?!
Well, actually, there IS more – you can customize these bad boys however you like (my personal favorite is bacon on peanut butter ) and they are served warm and gooey. The lemon and berry combos are awesome, as well!

Best Donuts in SA! They make them fresh so they’re hot and have a ton of different flavor combinations. My favs are the Blueberry Lemonade and the Maple Bacon. Ruben the Manager is very professional and courteous. I remember him back when he managed another restaurant and always had his crew hustling to provide the best product. Same result here, great crew and great product! Will definitely be coming back!

Can’t say I am a fan. Service was good but nothing about these donuts at the price point was worth it. The chocolate icing had very little flavor and couldn’t even taste the Carmel on there. The donut part is more like a cake or pastry and not light and fluffy like a donut. The donut I would give one star, the service I would give 5 stars!
