A “must stop by”. Large variety of doughnuts made fresh on the the spot. Made to order, you will not eat stale or prepackaged donuts. plenty of cool drinks as well. Decent price for the quality of the donuts. Friendly service at the counter, is a plus.
Bathrooms not available at the time and seating is limited. So a bit of a bummer. But that should not deter you from stopping by.
Go for it if you have a sweet tooth!!!

I’m not a big donut guy but these were amazing. So fresh you see them come right out the oven. Each donut is prepared fresh for each customer. Best tasting donut I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

Duck donuts is just a fun concept; we enjoy deciding on our own little donut creations and taking them down to the beach to eat. Give the location of this Duck Donuts, there is generally a long line, but the staff does their best to keep it moving. I recommend stopping by for a fun little family treat.

I was so excited to visit Duck Donuts ! My anticipation was met with great reward! The donuts were hands down the best donuts I have ever had (move over Krispy Kreme)! And an extremely kind manager name Josh Perez turned my experience at the Virginia Beach establishment into a Memorable experience for both me and my daughter. Something I’m really proud she was able to witness. Thank you Mr. Perez for your kindness and prompt response to service. I hope the young lady at the register was able to have a better day, we could tell she could use some time by herself.

The donuts of course are always great.
Customer service from the male making specialty drinks and sandwich’s was horrible. We had been waiting over 20 minutes for our specially made sandwiches and coffee and when I politely asked where I was suppose to pick up the orders, he threw his shoulders up and told me to wait and give him a minute. All I did was ask where to pick them up and he gave a snarky attitude. Its service like this that drives customers to go to other locations.

The donuts were so very yummy…5 STARS! Order online through Uber Eats to avoid the long line. Even though drinks are able to be ordered, the only items you can actually get is hot coffee or Pepsi products. The team was unable to credit the iced tea I ordered. Staff are young, learning, and have a high productivity demand. Patience is a must!!

I came with a friend and without much or an appetite. Very unique donut experience. As the donuts were being made custom to order, I saw the vanilla cake (only) donuts tossed into the toppings to get a tasty coating before the next step. I had a chocolate icing donut the next day. Still delicious. Wish I had eaten it warm and fresh!

Delicious donuts. Very polite and patient staff. Everything was made fresh and tasted great. Either more outdoor seating under cover or indoor seating would have been nice (it rained most of our visit).

If you are going to Duck Donuts, do NOT go to this location. An employee was very rude to my husband and daughter when my husband asked if they could be careful with our order because my daughter has a peanut allergy. I then called to file a complaint with the manager only to find out it was the manager that was rude to my husband and daughter. Choose a location that appreciates their customers!
