Saw the positive reviews on the apple fritter(which happens to be my favorite type of donut), so I had to try when I was in the area as I’m on the hunt to find the best.
BEST apple fritter I have tried out of the 7 different bakeries in MN I have tried so far!
It has a crispy outside and fluffy inside which I feel like a lot of places miss on the crispy part. Great flavor and solid amount of apple chunks.
Size is great as well and the price is good($1.99)
If I don’t find a better apple fritter, I shall continue going here for them! Would recommend!

WOW! After reading the reviews, we were so excited to try Donut Hut. We were not disappointed! Donuts are fresh and taste better than any donut that I have ever eaten. I called ahead at 6am for an order of 3 dozen for a hard working crew of chefs and cooks, and they were ready when I got there at 7am. The woman working there was very nice and really quick so didn’t have to wait very long, even though there was a small line.

Good donuts at a great price! You know these are good when a fresh tray comes out the minute you enter. I’m happy to know there’s a donut shop nearby.

I’ve been going to Donut Hut since I was a little girl and they have always had the BEST donuts and the kindest employees. This will forever be my favorite place to get donuts and now my husband and son feel the same way after I brought them here for the first time. We love these donuts so much that we even had them at our wedding!

If you’re looking for a handmade, fresh donut unlike anything you can find at a large chain like dunkin and way better than any gas station abomination, you’ve finally found the place! You will not be disappointed unless you come late. Donuts are first come, first serve but I’m pretty sure you can call ahead if you have FOMO. This place has become a weekend staple for me and mine. Definitely worth the trip!

Some of the best doughnuts around. The apple fritters (both the regular and the chocolate) are out of this world. But really everything I have tried has been outstanding. Only complaint is they run out too quickly but one can see why. Highly, highly recommend this place.

Typically, oh donuts….at work…. TODAY? Everyone was DONUTS at WORK! YEAH!!! Phenominal donuts. Great service & prices!! Selection was on point as well! Glad I looked up best donuts in St. Paul & was led to the Donut Hut! The consensus was these are the best donuts I’ve had in a long time or ever.

Phenomenal. Best donuts I have ever had in my life. Each person that I bring donuts to from this place says the same, “The best donut I’ve ever had in my life.” Especially the apple fritter. I can never eat at Dunkin Donuts again — pales in comparison.
