Hidden gem in North Park that sells such fresh and yummy breakfast sandwiches and donuts!
You can’t beat the prices around here and i’ve shopped around nobody serves a better tasting breakfast sandwich. I get a simple egg+cheese croissant sandwich and it’s divine every time.

It doesn’t look like much when you walk past, but I was practically dying of hunger, so I popped in—the definition of a diamond in the rough. I got the number 7, and wow… there are no words. A classic croissant done right. Crisp bread, juicy, stuffed with all the essentials. There are about a million options available between the menu board and all the pastries, so it can get a little overwhelming, but you really can’t go wrong. Not much else to say besides go see for yourself. You won’t be disappointed.

They have the best croissant sandwiches for breakfast in North Park . Weekends they sell cronuts that are delicious and the classics I lean to, maple bar, glazed, old fashioned and apple fritters are spot on. Love the owners as wel!

Expansive menu! Their staff were very helpful and nice. From photos displayed at the store, this place seems to be run by a Cambodian family. Aside from donuts, there’s also breakfast sandwiches, coffee, smoothies, and more. I tried the Vietnamese iced coffee and it didn’t disappoint. I’d be back for their green Thai iced tea. It’s open until 3pm and the perfect breakfast or brunch spot on the go. There was no line when I went in on a Tuesday morning.

SO GOOD. Friendly workers always! Great location plenty of parking. The jalapeño han and cheese croissant is my go to and their croissant sandwiches are also great portions!

Great tasty Donuts, they also make sandwiches, stories, and boba drinks. I especially like their bacon Donuts.

I love this place! best and oldest shop that’s non-gentrified ! good old mom and pop store that makes fresh donuts for cheap! I go every morning to get their breakfast croissants . Great staff! Yummy food! excellent.

Delicious donuts. Very kind owners and staff. The dough was soft and warm on the inside with the perfect frying on the outside to make for a delectable donut. Didn’t take a pic but I ate 4 in one sitting ::)

I have to start by saying the staff were incredibly friendly!! I had never been here before (mostly cuz they close at 7pm, and i usually get donut cravings later at night lol). I got half dozen, just to sample a few different ones. First one I tried was thr old fashioned, which is usually a favorite. This one had no distinct taste….which was kind of odd. Next I went for the chocolate frosted cookie crumble original. Same thing. No real taste. I went for the blueberry next with high hopes. It definitely tasted like blueberries but with a ton of sugar. So sweet. And i love sugar, but this was too much. I only had maybe 2 bites out of each of the 3 amd already started feeling too sick of the sugar. I wish these had more hearty flavors and not just plain dough and tons of sugar coating. :/ I might try to give this place another shot if I’m ever up this early again just cuz i really wanted to like them for how nice the staff was.

Very well maintained donut shop. Clean. They make a variety of sandwiches. As well as fresh donuts. Assorted hot & cold drinks available as well. They even have a small sit down area for singles or small groups. Reasonably priced.
