This was one of the first mochi donuts I have ever tried a few years ago and after that day I have loved these. This is the first time I’ve been back since the pandemic and surprisingly there wasn’t a line on a Sunday afternoon. I just walked up to the window and ordered one of each (half dozen) for $15 and went on my way.

These aren’t the cheapest things and they’re not super anything mind blowing but they’re something different and they’re definitely tasty. It always adds a sense of occasion when you bring these home 🙂

Amazing mochi donuts. All the flavors were excellent not overly strong or sweet. The red velvet coffee was my favorite.

Amazing! There is a denseness and softness to these donuts which makes no sense at all but tastes absolutely amazing. There’s also something about the shape of it that makes it so satisfying to eat. Like eating 8 perfect little donut holes baked together.

We got the fruity pebbles taro one and Oreo matcha. While these donuts are deliciously sweet they don’t taste overly sugary or too frosted. I highly recommend both but my favorite was the Oreo matcha. Two of my favorite sweets harmoniously combined and neither taste overtakes the other.

10/10 love these donuts! Not to sweet or make you feel sick if you eat the whole box…just kidding. I did eat 2 though, the cookies & Oreo and salted caramel. I love the texture, super unique! Can’t wait to try the other flavors they come out with next.

Got two matcha s’mores and caramel coffee donuts (slightly discounted at $2.50 each for a Food Walk event). They look kind of artificial but they’re actually pretty good. Not as sinful and greasy as a donut, but has a really nice chew that keeps on giving. The sweetness is just right if you like slightly less sweet (Asian-style) desserts. The flavor is however not impacted and really shines. I would recommend this place.

These mochi donuts were delicious! Every flavor was delicious and light. This is by far my favorite type of donut, and Dochi does it the best of all the places I’ve tried. Great selection and they even separate the donuts with nuts in deprecate bags. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dessert! My favorites were the Coffee and Ube Glaze. We tried the: Ube, Coffee, Red Velvet, Cinnamon Crunch, and Matcha Pistachio. Very decently priced as well. Will be returning!

Best thing ever invented. Second time coming here Inside uwajima. We had a strawberry poki the first time. This time we had the Hazlenut and a berry flavored donuts with family that came to visit. We all loved them!

When being able to eat fresh mochi donuts, you can tell the difference. These are some great tasting mochi donuts that you can find inside Uwajimaya. The taro one has real taro dough and not just the frosting. It’s also not too sweet and has a good chewiness to it.

We got here st the end of the day for them. The shopkeep was incredibly sweet! Our first time trying these. They tasted fresh super light and not too sweet. They had more of a chew than a traditional donut. I havent had regular mochi so maybe its more of that texture? A very worthwhile stop when visiting Seattle.

Yum! My favourite part of these was the shape of the donuts which make them very convenient for sharing :^)

One star less because these were not really mochi-like and more dry..
