Dude said they didn’t have onions for my taco. I said can you replace it with something else? He said I can replace it with pico. I said does it cost extra? He said I’ll give you a discount. Turns out he charged me an extra $2.40 60¢ per taco for pico. Then gave me a dollar off for a senior citizen discount of a dollar off. When I got my food it was only cilantro. Which they shouldn’t charge extra for. But also why am I paying more because they’re out of ingredients? And then not even deliver what promised? I came to del taco because I wanted a taco. You can’t make a taco? Where am I? Why am I getting bait and switch and overcharged?
And why did he mark it no onions if they don’t have onions? I feel like I’m being pranked for wanting tacos…
When I invest is del taco I’m not going to run my store like this.

The Taco or Mexican Salad or whatever it’s called was not much to it. There was not much lettuce. I ordered Extra Meat and I can only imagine what a regular portion is the meat was very scarce. Sprinkle of Cheddar Cheese in this big plate which made it show the true lack of ingredients. The meat was very very tasty.

Ordered online and went to pickup. Drive thru took an entire hour to get through and of course as expected when I received my food it was cold. On top of the food being cold, it was missing items. When I mentioned it to the worker he told me it was his first day and if I’m not happy I can get a refund online. I didn’t want a refund I just wanted my order correct and hot food. I even paid more for the larger size of fries and drink and I received a small drink, no fries, and no dessert that I ordered.
Frustrating enough I drove away and had to reheat my food in the microwave. Not only was it extremely disappointing- it was a waste of an hour and half getting food. I’ll more than likely never return to this establishment. I’ll have to dispute this with my bank since I never received my entire order.

I Remember when this Place Used to be PIONEER CHICKEN… I been here Many times But Never Put up pictures or Reviewed it… I got me The #9Comes with a Beef Burrito a Taco and some Fries I got me. Root beer… The Food was Good and Tasty The Guacamole $3.50 ish was very Fresh… Total? Was $13.00

I asked for two chicken tostadas; the associate who took the order gave me one, I had to tell her again I ordered two. I also asked for little ice in the drink, she put a lot of ice.
I believe she has to be reminded her job is also customer service.
The tostadas didn’t had chicken at all!

I placed my order on September 23,2022! The” grabhub” driver comes inside the apartment building and doesn’t deliver my order! They need to be evaluated by ” mental health”! I’ll just won’t order through GrubHub for anything else! This female driver was rude! When a customer makes a dinner order @ to be delivered by 9:45 pm,they are not ordering ” it with drama” on top! I’m over this service,as the driver’s don’t seem interested in pleasing the customer at all! This Del Taco deserves * zero stars for doing nothing* Driver needs to be terminated for not following the written instructions for delivery!

Never have I ever been so dissapointed. Ordered a couple of tacos, carne asada fries, and quesadillas. Only thing that arrived were the tacos. The tacos themselves were crude. Tortilla wasn’t even cooked. Straight out the bad and put for sale and delivery. What a dissapointment

For fast food it’s not horrible. Shake machines were broke but it was like 3 am, so you can’t really fault them for that…

This location gets it right every time! I always have crazy orders with Xtra this and light that exchanging meat for beans and fries Xtra crispy to name a few. They seem happy to do it and never disapoint!

Cheap on the hot sauce. I got 7 for the 9 items I bought. Not the first time either. Every time I get stuck with this location when ordering via delivery service they always skimp. You don’t want to spend the extra 0.30 cents worth of sauce on a customer that buys $40 of food? Who eats tacos without hot sauce? Rethink your business strategy franchisee/manager.
