Really good donuts with many varieties. Fair prices. The croissants are OK but could be better. Friendly staff and fast service.

Although there’s not a wide variety of donuts compared to other local shops, these stay fluffy alllllll day. They are great tasting and the staff is so friendly! Besides donuts they have delicious sandwiches, redbull mixes, and boba teas! A great place to check out, just make sure you arrive early enough as they do run out fairly quickly…..that says something!

They always have fresh donuts and usually don’t sell out. Great neighborhood donut spot!

They have awsome breakfast sandwiches with ham or bacon egg like real eggs on a croissant bread with or with out jalapenos. The bread itself is delicious. This is my new shop. Great prices and real food they have a huge sandwich menu. Not just donuts.

They make delightful donuts and my favorite is the jellies. I can tell you that they are not opened up as early as most donut places and I’m sure covid is the culprit but 6 am I think is definitely reasonable to be opened . Basically the hours are my only gripe. I know they close at 2 and that is on the early side as well .If I show up at 6 am and they are closed with no posted hours of when they open then I forget about the craving until later on in the afternoon usually around 3ish and you guessed it. At 3 pm the sugar monster in me is cursing me out because they are closed and that happened twice already .

None of the donuts were warm not even the ones they had supposedly just made that came from the back. They hardly had any selection there were only
3different donuts to choose from and they had been open for 3 hours already by the time I had got there, plenty of time to have more of a selection out. They advertise on their door having blueberry and strawberry cream cheese for which they did not. They did however mix together a tiny sample cup like really tiny the kind you get salsas in at el pollo loco, they mixed together cream cheese and some strawberry sauce for me but then charged me $1.75 for just that small little bit. This was after I had put $2 in their tip jar for which I didn’t even want to do because they could barely understand me and I felt rushed and like they weren’t listening to what I was asking for. I was very unhappy with my visit here. They do however have good sandwiches and they toasted my bagel to a perfect lightly toasted setting and there was plenty of cream cheese on my bagel.

So this review is is based solely on the content of the owners’ character. Given covid-19 and having so much free time on my hands, I sporadically thought it would be good if I used at least some of that time to do something charitable. I have a background in food service and I’m well aware of just how much food wasteb is out there. You would think it’d be put to a good us we, but truth is it’s mostly thrown out. This is largely due the fear of getting sued should someone get a foodborne illness considering the food is slightly outside the optimal range for food safety. The reality is that any chef worth his whites, should be able to determine which foods are perfectly fine to serve and which should be thrown away immediately. so in that respect it’s no different than sending the customer home with a doggy bag. I’m getting way too far away from my point though, which was to recognize the owners for cordially handing over a huge box of assorted donuts after I told them I was going to be delivering downtown. if I’m honest, I did save two of the donuts for myself and, with that, I can say they make a damn good donut too. Making my way downtown to hand out donuts. I realize it’s probably the worst thing to be handing out to a population maybe under nourished, but calories, are calories and I’m going to go ahead and call this one a net good. Thanks to DC donuts for being so accommodating

Donuts are a once a week for me and my family. It’s always been either Mr t or occasionally Krispy Kreme. Ever since I’ve tried this place I don’t think I’ll ever eat at another donut shop. Best donuts hands down.
