I really like the products that they have, but I always kind of dread going inside the lobby. The staff isn’t the most friendly, and I always feel like I am being rushed out, even when I am the only one in the lobby. Today I found a hair at the bottom of the bag of some donut holes. I know for a fact that it is not mine because I have very long hair, and this one is quite short! This Daylight is the nearest to my home and is convenient for my drive into work. It will probably be a while until I can go back. I get severely grossed out by stuff like this. Maybe it was my final sign that I need to start off my mornings somewhere else.

Donuts and wraps are good. Staff doesn’t seem to connect with customers. I hardly get eye contact, which is disappointing. The product is good. The service is not that great. 🙁

Girls there are a bit rude, normal this doesn’t bother me but the young girl acts as if you are bothering her by not being 100% on want you want when you walk in. Also when she puts your donuts in the bag she doesn’t put the paper in between so they end up sticking to each other. Lol typing this makes me feel silly however you only have one job customer service sadly no longer exists, but you dont know what people are going through could make someone’s day with a nice hello or smile. Instead they are treated like they are bothering you. im sorry but work somewhere else if you can’t handle getting donuts…. you could toss a rock and hit somone who would love to just have a job. maybe you should hire someone who represents you’re business better.

Honestly I love this place. I don’t go there as much as I used to but Farmhouse Daylight Donuts is definitely better than Krispy Kreme. Everyone is so polite and friendly. You guys are doing a brilliant job.

Horrible customer service, they act like you are annoying them by being a customer. Its surprising because ive never been to a daylight with rude employees… hope they can change attitudes from the daughters to the mom. We havent been back since and truly wouldnt suggest this place to anyone!
