Amazing customer service tonight. Me and my daughter came in after a long day ready for some ice cream and were greeted by a very funny and inviting duo. Ella and Evan have been amazing with bringing up my bad mood. They gave us suggestions on their favorite ice creams and I have now found my favorite ice cream flavor!

Good service, polite workers. The only problem is the type of workers. I ordered a junior-sized ice cream in the drive thru today and payed nearly $4. I only received literally 2 small scoops of ice cream and that kind of lowered my mood. Before this, I’ve always gotten my cup filled to the maximum, even though it was junior-sized. Still good ice cream though!

Abbey, was polite, professional and walked me through the many delicious donuts in their well designed display case. Because of her enthusiasm I felt compelled to try the cookies as well as the donuts. It was a great visit due to your well trained saleswoman Abbey.

This location is the best. The morning lady is always the sweetest and literally makes my mornings better when I stop, with her happy disposition. I love the assortment of donuts available at this location and that they always open on time.

**Edit from a 5 star to a 3 star one year later** I’m not sure what is going on with the serving sizes, but the ice cream used to overflow the size of the cups and it was a good value for the money. Now the ice cream is carefully measured with ity bity scoops of ice cream. It’s about a 50% reduction in total ice cream from what it was last summer (2021). It’s quite frustrating because it totally feels like a rip off. What WAS a medium is now considered a large. When you order a large, you get less ice cream than what used to be a medium.

I’ve racked up nearly 400 of their reward points for my family and I in about a year. Due to the lack of serving sizes and less value, I think we too will reduce the number of points significantly over the next year. I even have a photo showing what a “large” serving looks like and may post it.

The ice cream is great as are the donuts. We have racked up a lot of rewards points. We come here often as the staff is amazing and super friendly. Great atmosphere!!

I was not in such a good mood and I came here to get some ice cream and Evan and Ella really helped me out. They had great customer service and we’re very welcoming and even showed me the good kinds to try!

Great selection of donuts! Roasterie coffee on tap. And ice cream! Great customer service who love your furry friends.

I hope you have Jesus in your life if you visit here. Plan on waiting 45 minutes for half a dozen donuts on a Saturday morning. One person behind the counter, moving slower than any other human I’ve ever been in the presence of. A family behind me waited in line for 25 minutes then left because they were running late, kids in tears leaving a donut store. Never again…

Update: this place responded to my review without even acknowledging it’s contents.

We surprised them with 10 girls on a Wednesday night and they were amazing! The girls were so happy to get together and the ice cream was delicious.
