Now that’s the way customer service should be. I ordered pizza for delivery. Never came. Door dasher said it was already picked up. Basically somebody stole my pizza. This is the second time this has happened with the Farmington Road Casey’s and DoorDash. First one was reimbursed after a couple of weeks of waiting. Second occurrence was 9/16/2022. I called Casey’s and they had the order remade and delivered. It was a little inconvenient, but in the end Casey’s did what they could to make it right even though it wasn’t their fault. I changed my 1 star review to a 5 star, simply for the excellent and prompt customer service. My family was happy in the end. Thank you!

Casey’s on Farmington Rd!!! The manger there is always presenting a negative attitude to customers and employees. I suggest Corporate to reiterate core values to her, mainly repsect!. I will no longer be a loyal customer there. Have a great day!

Went here 3 different times for pizza. I refuse to come back to your bum establishment 5 different workers in the back none of you can get a pizza right. Took over a hour to make one pizza just for you guys two mess it up not once but twice. The 1st two times I went there had the same experience. I’d rather go to the Casey’s in Bellevue 100 percent!!

This Casey’s has a really nice indoor facility and the best prices in town. It is regularly $0.20 cheeper than the other stations up the hill.

It is a gas station but offers limited food choices like pizza and sandwiches and they do sell Lotto lottery tickets

Ordered pizza last night for 11 am today. Didn’t even start it until 11:02. Almost 30 minutes later, I finally got it.

We’ve had disappointing visits but each time gave them another chance, as we didn’t think this error could possibly be made more than once. We’ve ordered pizza here 4 times and each time it was the same order, made incorrectly. 1 large pizza with sausage and pepperoni. — I’ve arrived to pick up our orders, we’ve had 2 pizzas (1 sausage, 1 pepperoni), 1 pizza with 1/2 sausage 1/2 pepperoni . 1 WHOLE PIZZA – 2 TOPPINGS. The last time we even asked if they understood as it had been made incorrectly several times prior. They tried to compensate with a free pizza next visit. My husband told them, there is no next time… It’s a pizza order, it’s not that difficult.

Customer service was terrible, made my order, guy immediately hung up after. Never gave his name or read back the order to me. I had to call back to see if the order even went through. Pizza was burnt as well. Like how do y’all mess up that bad? Never had a buisness encounter so poor.

Employees act like they don’t want to work there! Quit if you hate your job that much! Don’t even greet! Just take money like I dont care how it much it cost! Throw the whole Employee staff away!

Apparently Casey’s has now jumped on the band wagon of corporate panhandling. I just want a quick drink or snack. Sometimes both. No I don’t want to donate to your charity of choice. Matter of fact, I don’t even want to shop at a store that insists on begging for my change. Back to Circle K it is for me now.
