I have used Caramanda’s for several events, the most recent of which was our wedding! They are always so easy to work with, very professional, great expertise/advice, and produce beautiful work that won’t break the bank! The wedding cake they made for us really elevated our elegant little backyard wedding, and it was so delicious that nearly everyone had two pieces, and nearly a third of our 20 some guests had three or more pieces! We chose the pink champagne cake with vanilla buttercream for our bottom tier, and chocolate cake with cappuccino buttercream for our top tier.

I custom ordered a cake for my daughter and Caramanda’s absolutely nailed it again, couldn’t be happier with the outcome! It was beautiful and one of the best chocolate cakes we’ve ever had. I’m looking forward to eating the leftovers.
We’ve been ordering the kid’s birthday cakes from here for the last several years, and they’ve yet to let us down.

Just had the worst experience here. Have used them for years for events but today was a surprise bday party. Picked them up and they had the wrong icing on them. They said give them 10 min and they could fix. They put the correct icing on and they told me the cupcakes were secured on the board with icing but 3 had icing so soft and were not secured and were ruined before they even made it home. They failed to discount the 75 I paid and would only replace 3 ruined cupcakes at regular cost for the 3 additional. Horrible customer service and overpriced for what I ordered that looked nothing like the pic I supplied. Super disappointing. Will find some place else for birthdays and events in the future.

Luckily I got my money back. I thought this was supposed to be a bake shop. This work is juvenile. There is no uniformity The only thing consistent about the writing is, it is consistently bad. When confronted w the appearance, both employees said the cupcakes didn’t look good. And blamed someone else, who did the decorating. If they knew they didn’t look good, then why did they serve them! They offered to let us keep the cupcakes, and we declined. I say that so you know it wasn’t about free food.
Luckily Kroger bakery saved the day. Their product was beautiful, more cake, at half the price.
I saved the picture of these cupcakes and I will tell anyone who is looking for a purchase a celebratory cake/cupcakes to stay far far away from Caramandas

Absolutely horrible and I will never give this place my money again, nor recommend them to anyone. I have ordered SEVERAL cakes here over the years and have been very satisfied. However, I just recently ordered a special made cake (gluten free as always) for my birthday bc of my 9 yo daughter who must be gluten free. They even called to specify and confirm the order. Well, turns out when we cut the cake it WAS NOT gluten free and my daughter could not have any of my birthday cake. I have called, texted, and emailed for the past week and a half WITH NO RESPONSE after being told the customer service manager would contact me. Nothing. Extremely disappointed and will never order here again. Such poor service.

The most amazing bakery I’ve ever been to! The cupcakes are moist and soft, the icing is amazing, and everything is so addictive! We had a custom cake made for a birthday recently and it was divine! The bakery thought of all the little details and I love it! Getting custom cake pops for a birthday coming up and I’m looking forward to eating those babies! Both locations are clean and the staff is friendly. They also do editable printing which I thought was really cool. Cookies, cake, cupcakes, cake pops, and so much more to try!

I have had several wonderful experiences with Caramanda’s! From mini muffins for a brunch event, the occasional afternoon cookie or pastry, to my wedding cake, everything they have made has always been as yummy at it looks. My wedding cake was definitely my favorite: four tiers, each a different delicious flavor, encased in walls of white chocolate, topped with dark chocolate shavings- an elegant chocolate lovers dream! . All of our guests raved about how amazing it was! Thanks again!
