This is the most interesting and diverse dessert bakery in the triangle that I have been to. Croissants and different types of donuts all with various fillings available. Cakes, cupcakes, and other more dense desserts fill other pastry cases. Did I mention that they have fresh ice cream from a local NC farm? There’s so much variety, and they have a set of stuffed croissants that rotate out every month and a set that rotate out every week. I will definitely be back the next time I’m in the area.

Guys I got a bit of everything. From cookies, eclairs, cupcakes, and filled croissants…it was spectacular!!! I will definitely grab more croissants and various flavors on my next visit. It was like tasting a deliciously filled cloud because the croissant was sooo soft!

Burnet’s is famous for their filled croissants. Absolutely delicious! We always purchase a couple of dozen for special events! just wish they would ditch the mask requirement .

Typically I write a long detailed review because I want to make sure you have all the details and information. Let me just say one word…. Go!
Or maybe two words….Go Now!!
So many delicious options.

I have been dreaming of these croissants since I took my last bite. This shop was so cute, clean, and inviting. The pastries were all so fresh and the sweet gal at the front even offered me a sample of their glazed croissant! Let me tell you, I was hooked after that. Everything was delicious! I can’t wait to take my mom here so we can enjoy some sweets and a coffee when she comes to visit NC. 10/10!! 😀

I absolutely love Burney’s bakery. They have fresh, delicious, and affordable baked goods, coffee, and ice cream. The glazed donuts are to die for and they usually have 1/2 day old boxes which are still super tasty. Me and my husband have been going every weekend the past 3 weeks, we look forward to trying the whole menu! My only critique is I wish that they had more outdoor seating + add indoor seating, there is usually only one table out on the sidewalk so it’s almost strictly takeout.

Love the filled croissants! They have so many fun flavors. I bought a variety of flavors for my boyfriend’s birthday and he loved all of them! They were so good that I went back and got some for my coworkers! Then I went and got some for my mom’s birthday a few months later!

I have to admit the sweets in this shop are excellent. But you see no prices posted and they seem to charge whatever they want. The last time I went there I asked how much were the croissants, she said $2.75 for the top shelf they are more than the lower shelf. So I got one croissant from the top shelf and one from the lower shelf. My bill for two croissants was $8.43 for two croissants? The bill for my earlier visit was over $40.00, a chocolate chess pie and 4 croissants. I will not be going back to this bakery anytime soon. They really need to post prices.
