Very Rude teens girls working on august 1 2022 at 4:30
First of all the girl with the huge pink nails got very mad because I told her I wanted the cheese melted on one of the sandwiches. She was arguing about cheese. Then they proceeded to make food with no gloves! with huge pink nails in a food place!!! the other girl was yelling at me telling me it wasn’t my food which it was! And even if it wasn’t, she should follow food safety guidelines. There is no respect anymore! No respect to costumers and their food. I am very disappointed of bosa hiring the worst employees out there. Spend about 40-50 every tome we come to be treated very poorly. No respect!

Clean place. Delicious food and lots of variety!

I walk here with my grandson. Donuts are always super fresh. The place is busy, but the employees are always fast and friendly! Thank you for putting big smiles on my grandsons’s face!

This was my first experience with the Bosa Donuts chain and from what I can gather, this is not a good representation of the chain.
It was empty in the morning which seemed odd since that should be their busy time. Their donuts did not look appealing at all (looked dry and stale) so I opted for the egg and cheese sandwich on a croissant and coffee. The young man at the counter wasn’t participating friendly.
The coffee was terrible even with creamer so I’d avoid that.
The croissant was actually really good: fluffy, buttery, flaky. The egg and cheese however were not. I recommend the croissant with jam or butter.
The bagels are not made there and are store bought so I’d opt out when given a choice.
I probably won’t return but if I did, I’d only get a croissant.

It was my first time having a croissant, roast beef, cheddar, jalapeños, lettuce and tomatoe sandwich. It was tasty and filling!! I will be back to try their Donuts another time.

Raw dough in center of doughnuts, two in a row.
Took it back politely the first time and received a replacement and it was raw too. This was their premium upcharge butterfly doughnut, you’d figure that they could at least do their premium products correctly. Unsafe to eat, do not recommend.

So I’ve been going out of my way to drive extra to this bosa because I love how wonderful the staff was! Not going to lie I was a bit hesitant with the big “Under new management” sign,
Between the eye rolls and letting us sit in the car for 15 min with 0 communication as to why we were sitting there. Then getting our exact same sandwiches we always get and them being scalding hot?? I don’t know if they are all new and I don’t blame them for being new, but I do blame who ever got rid of everyone who knew what they were doing. It’s a shame.

The doughnuts are very good but the staff was rude. I had a coupon for 6 free doughnuts when you buy a dozen. I asked if I could have 2 boxes which fit 6, instead of a big box. I was told. I had to pay extra for the box
I then wanted to use coupon for the free one was told only one coupon visit per person. I will not go to that bosa again. This person told me she was the owner.

TURN OFF YOUR ONLINE ORDERING WHEN THERE IS ONLY 1 EMPLOYEE WORKING THE COUNTER. There is absolutely no excuse to make customers IN STORE wait 12 people deep while multiple uber eats orders get filled. In person customers should always take priority. I work in customer service, and we turn the online ordering OFF when it is too busy or understaffed.

The donuts at this location were good but not the amazingly deliciousness that I am used to from our normal Bosa donut location. We did not order much, only donuts and hot cocoa but had to repeat things multiple times and providing instructions to the staff was pretty difficult.
