Thank You Best Donuts for being so Sweet and accommodating for our order for National Donut Day at our orthodontic office! They tasted so good, and they were so pretty and festive!!! Our patients loved them!! I went to four other donut stores in Saginaw and no one would take our order. I have been there every week day for a month for two eclairs and a bottle drink.
Best eclairs around. Prices jumped by a dollar fir this combination. Today both my eclairs had no cream filling. I watched her supposedly inject them myself. Nobody takes pride in their product, it’s all about making as much money as you can. You can’t tell they didn’t know their injector wasn’t working. Just sorry.

Donuts are great. Service is OK, could be faster. Only negative is jalapeño koloche.
Placing a single slice of jalapeño on top does not make a jalapeño anything! You should at a minimum taste the jalapeño throughout the meal. Buy chopped jalapeños and bake it into the bread. Then add that single slice on top for presentation. Or better yet, use jalapeño sausage.

The worse customer service .. i live 2 mins away and Always dread going in .. today i go in at 11 to be told they áre closed .. I asked what time do they close .. she said 12..

Customer service always a hit or miss here for me. My daughter and I enter and get to counter with no greeting or smile but other customers after us, “Good Morning!” When they come through the door. Donuts are ok but probably will start going somewhere ALL customers are valued.

Everytime I come to best donuts. They never have ready what i want to order. If i ask them to make more to complete my order. They refuse to make my selected items I wish to purchase. I have arrived at this donut shop early in the morning and as late as 9am. They will not make what you order if they run out. I will not be buying from here anymore. I will drive to the other end of the road to donut king. They want your business and donut king will make what you want while you wait.

Amazing and delicious!!! So much variety and fun for the kids. My 6 year old wanted to come here and rate it all stars lol he even told the rest of the family to go and give it all stars. The staff was also very friendly and fast

This place is amazing! Literally the best donut flavor, especially in the classics. My daughter loves choosing between Mickey, minions and the pink unicorn! Still waiting on that elusive minnie mouse though! Lol
