Annie’s Donut Shop Reviews

My husband and I visit every once in a while to enjoy their great variety of donuts.

Especially since Krispy Kreme canceled their proper maple bars. We come along for a dozen box of baked goodies.

While my husband enjoys his maple bars, I’d go for their delightful cinnamon twists and apple fritter.

Annie’s is an old-school donut shop done right. I can’t think of a donut shop I frequent more than Annie’s. Excellent quality, fair prices, and great service. Annie’s is worth waking up early for; if you don’t, there may not be any left for you!

Delicious donuts! The staff was extremely friendly as well. Only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is because the front entrance lobby area is quite small and it gets cramped in there quickly when a line forms.

Came here for the first time and got a buttermilk bar and a cinnamon roll with chocolate and peanut butter on top, it was VERY good. I have a hard time finding a shop that has chocolate and peanut butter on top, it’s my favorite thing on a donut and this was perfect!

Great classic donuts, this place is like stepping into the past. According to the sign, they have been whipping out these beautiful donut babies since 1964! The buttermilk bar was the jam.

IMO, the best donuts in Portland. This is a family owned business and they provide excellent customer service! Can’t wait to come back!

Hey its Frankenmint

The cream puff I had was delicious. Will probably go back for another one! I paid $16 for a dozen at the time I wrote this. I wished they had more of the fluffy style donuts and not so much focus on the cake donuts, but I get it you cant ask for everything and cake donuts is what they do well, so keep on doing you annies

Great little corner donut shop in Roseway in the Portland area. Try the Apple Fritter, Cream Cheese Filler, or the Candy Bar and you will not be disappointed! Not sure about the coffee, didn’t get a chance to try it but it looked promising!

The best doughnuts in PORTLAND!!!! yep I said that! I’ve been going to this adorable family owned shop since I was a little girl and it’s exactly what it’s always been, TASTY AND PERSONAL, no big chain bs!
It is a very small shop, basic drink options, paired with PHENOMENAL DOUGHNUTS, everything you’d expect from a small neighborhood doughnut shop!
Hours are kinda funky, but it’s worth the try FOR SURE!!

This place is definitely family owned. The gentleman’s kids were helping him because, “it’s Father’s Day and they wanted to help out their dad.” Heartwarming. The shop had a wide selection of donuts and they were still making more to keep them coming. The donuts were soft and fluffy, and the glaze was tasty and didn’t form a hard shell around the donut. SIGNIFICANTLY better than Voodoo.
