Dear 7-11,
I really wanted to eat my $4 Sweet Saracha nuggets, but these puppies were not eatable. Mostly burnt rocks. I think I might have chipped my tooth. Do you cover those injuries? Jk maybe, sorta. I think. Nice guys behind the register. Pizza was fresh. Just like 7 day old nuggets.

The managers of this store are awful. I asked for a carton of cigarettes. They didn’t have a carton and, without asking me, simply rang 10 packs at full price. When I asked to pay the carton price, they said they didn’t have one and didn’t need my business. I hope they don’t need yours either.

Lazy management only focused on making money with no concern for the customers. There are always people in front of the establishment panhandling. The young lady that is there in the evening is the only employee that seems to know anything about hospitality and manners. I would say, do your very best to avoid this low budget establishment by all means. It is, literally, the closest store to me and I only go in there as a “very” last resort. I have lived next to this store for six and a half years and only been inside maybe eight times if that many. Those times were extreme emergencies. Can I give them NO stars or better yet, a minus 3 stars would be very fitting. Very, very ghetto!

Went to buy their 99 cent big gulp ice coffee for my friend and I. The man working there ringed our drinks to $5. When we told about that 99 cent deal. Despite the advertisement being parade around the store he denied it and said it’s this price, because of the coffee. All the 7/11’s I went marked the big gulp ice coffee as 99 cents. The guy purposely chipped me and made me spend $3 more than I should’ve for two big gulps.

Horchatas machine is a hit or miss. Since it comes out from the same nozzle as the sodas and other drinks, the taste of horchata sometimes mix with other drinks.

I usually only get my beer here but they have good decent prices and when I ask them for beer in the back they get it for me
